Day Nine: July 13, 2017, – This morning’s Weigh-in was 275.6 lbs, that is a loss of 1.0 lbs.
This morning’s weight-loss was unexpected. I was not on my best behavior yesterday. I had a bottle of wine with my dinner. 750 milliliters of Sauvignon Blanc, with a chicken, Napa cabbage, onion and golden beet, cooked in chicken stock.
The fact that I still lost weight is unexpected. I’d only had an apple in the morning, I’d wanted a banana but couldn’t find one where I stopped. Yesterday I went to work with my wife. I’m driving on the side for a “ride-share”, and my wife had a doctor’s appointment in the afternoon. She took off early, so I went with here to be able to use the car. I didn’t get any fares yesterday, but I did get time to read. We came home for lunch and I made chicken breast medallions cooked in unsweetened coconut milk, cinnamon, red pepper, garlic and onions served with green cabbage.
