Day Twenty-seven: August 1, 2017 – This morning’s Weigh-in was 267.6 pounds and that’s a loss of 2.4 pounds since July 28.
Doing lots of work around the house these days. When I get cravings for fats or carbs, which happens occasionally, I’m drinking a tea and lemon mixture to get me through it. I use a 50/50 Black and Green Teas mix and I split it 50/50 with unsweetened lemonade that I make using concentrated lemon juice. I make a 2-quart pitcher of lemon juice, unsweetened, and I half fill my glass with lemon then top it off with the tea. To me, the lemon cuts the bitterness of the tea and makes it more palatable.
