I know I posted Wednesday’s progress around 2 am this morning, but….
This morning, with only 4 hours of sleep under my belt, which I know is not such a good thing for my brain, but when you can’t sleep…
This morning I hit exactly 270 pounds. That is a 2-pound loss in 24 hours.
CURRENT PROGRESS: 10.2 lbs. lost in 23 days.
Projected weight loss over 180 days = 79.82lbs.
Starting weight on July 5, 2017, was 281.2:
Day Twenty-three: July 27, 2017 – This morning’s Weigh-in was 272.0 lbs, that is a loss of 2 lbs since July 28.
SUPPLEMENTAL: Some words on motivation! ->more
I like to know on a daily basis what my weight is so that I’ll know which foods and drinks that I’m consuming are affecting my weight the most. Not only that, since I’m journaling, and I’m doing it online, if anyone does start reading this, I already feel guilty about the days I skipped journaling. Writing about it each day is helping me stay on track, by keeping me focused on results and the ultimate outcome. I’m not just posting weigh-in totals. I’m posting some of the not so productive behaviors I do. I’m also posting totals that include my beginning weight, what I weigh now, what my projected 180-day goal weight will be on January 3rd which is based on my average per day weight-loss. That projected weight-loss in 180 days and the per-day average loss, that’s what spurs me on. I can see my goal rising and shrinking every day. When it shrinks, it motivates me to overcome. I want both of those numbers to be high. They were in the first week, then they dropped off a lot, now it’s slowly rising. Hopefully, someone else can use this to spur them on.
