CURRENT PROGRESS: 8.4 lbs. lost in 12 days.

Starting weight on July 5, 2017, was 281.2:
Day Twelve: July 16, 2017 – This morning’s Weigh-in was 272.8 lbs, that is a loss of 2.8 lbs since July 13.
Twice this past week I weighed in and hadn’t lost any considerable weight, so I didn’t post on those days. Today’s weigh-in total is a surprise after yesterday’s low total. Saturday I had very little to eat. My appetite is changing, and it’s pretty drastic. Normally I’d be craving carbs like pasta, rice, and beans but more than carbs I usually crave fats, like cheese, lots of cheese.
I’m still emotionally craving fats. I love those foods, but I’m not physically craving them. I remember a time when I was thin and healthy in my twenties and early thirties and I didn’t crave carbs or fats. I was still unhealthy in that I smoked more than a pack of cigarettes per day. I quit smoking and I replaced tobacco and the habit of smoking with fats, carbs and the habit of eating.
Yesterday, I snacked on pineapple and bananas when I felt hungry, I several large glasses of iced tea and then in the evening I snacked on small amounts of raw carrots and cauliflower.
At no point of the day was I so hungry that I felt like having a meal. I’d guess having eaten about 8oz of pineapple and two banana’s, I got a fructose infusion that fueled me all day.
I lost 1.4 lbs per day on average for the past two days. Hopefully, that will become a trend, but it’s unlikely. Either way, my 180-day goal to reach my prime weight of 155lbs, is right on schedule for January 3, 2018.
